Lesley Ann Brandt, born on December 2, 1981, on the 2nd of December, 1981 in Cape Town South Africa is an actress and model. Her appearances in TV shows and movies are her most recognizable works. Brandt made her debut as a model in New Zealand with the sitcom Diplomatic immunity. Her American debut was in her role as Naevia in the drama of the same name, Spartacus: Blood and Sand. The actress was featured on numerous shows over the past 10 years, including Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies The Librarians and Spartacus: Gods of the Arena. In 2016 Brandt has been taking on the role of Mazikeen in the series about urban fantasies Lucifer starring Tom Ellis Lauren German and Kevin Alejandro. Brandt was brought up in Cape Town South Africa and eventually moved to Auckland New Zealand with her family as a teenager. The actress began her career in the field of modeling by appearing in print advertisements and commercials. Prior to her rise fame as a model she was employed in sales at retail and as an expert in recruitment for information technology. In 2009, she got her debut role as Leilani in the New Zealand comedy Diplomatic Immunity. Her first big appearance was in 2021 when she performed the role as a slave girl Naevia on the Starz series Spartacus: Blood and Sand. The actress has also reprised her character of Naevia for the prequel mini-series Spartacus: Gods of the Arena. She co-starred with the actor Craig Parker in three different show on television: Diplomatic Immunity (2009) Spartacus (2010) and Legend of the Seeker (2008). In 2016, she was cast playing a bounty hunter demon named Mazikeen in the Netflix show Lucifer. The role is her most prominent so far. On the show, she co-stars with Tom Ellis Lauren French Kevin Alejandro D. B. Woodside.
